We are seeking a driven Project Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry specializing in beverage or confectionery to join our SAND-M Global team. This role focuses on the design, process improvement, commissioning, and project management of new machinery and complete production lines for our beverage, jelly, and gummy products. You will play a key part in bringing innovative food solutions to life and expanding our production capabilities.

• New Plant/Production Line Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of new plant or production line projects. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles. • Machine Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define new machine concepts and requirements for beverage, jelly, and gummy lines. • Create detailed engineering designs and specifications for new processing equipment. • Select appropriate materials and components, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. • Commissioning: Oversee the installation and testing of new machinery across beverage, jelly, and gummy lines. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the commissioning process. • Develop and execute commissioning plans to ensure timely and efficient project completion. • Vendor Cooperation: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
คุณสมบัติ
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project engineering experience in the food and beverage industry, including in new plant or new production line project management. • Proven experience in cooperating with vendors and managing timelines effectively. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks, AutoCAD, or similar). • Strong understanding of food processing equipment (beverage, jelly, gummy) and manufacturing principles. • Knowledge of safety regulations and hygienic design practices. • Additional Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities. • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within deadlines.
