We're looking for a practical Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our quality control efforts. Production lines include beverage (pasteurization and sterilization), supplement, gummy, jelly and medicine. You'll champion process improvement, proactively set quality standards, and directly manage quality control specialists to ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Develop, implement, and refine quality assurance plans and processes.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Proactively establish and communicate clear quality standards across the organization.
• Supervise and mentor quality control specialists, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and tests to assess product quality.
• Thoroughly investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, Product Development, and Engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met for finished product.
• Prepare comprehensive quality reports, analyze trends, and drive improvements.
คุณสมบัติ
• Practical, hands-on approach to quality assurance.
• Strong understandings of cGMP, GMP:PICS, HACCP, ISO, related quality standards.
• 5 Years+ of proven track record in food and beverage process improvement and problem-solving.
• Ability to set and uphold high quality standards proactively.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
