We're looking for a passionate and innovative R&D Process Engineer to join our SAND-M Global team. This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and continuously improving our food and beverage processes – especially for beverage, jelly, and gummy products – to maximize efficiency and productivity.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Process Development: Design and execute experiments to develop new food and beverage processes, focusing on beverage, jelly, and gummy production. • Scale up processes from lab to pilot plant and full-scale production, ensuring optimal efficiency and capacity. • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Implement process improvements to enhance quality, consistency, and cost-effectiveness. • Productivity Improvement: Analyze production data to pinpoint areas for productivity enhancement. Develop and implement strategies to increase throughput, yield, and resource utilization. • KPI Development: Collaborate with Production to define relevant KPIs for tracking the success of new and improved processes. • Innovation: Research and propose new technologies and ingredients for product and process improvement. Collaborate with product development teams to create unique and market-leading products. • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues that arise in production. Provide training and technical guidance to production teams. • Documentation & Reporting: Create clear and detailed technical reports, process specifications, and documentation.
คุณสมบัติ
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering. • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in R&D process development within the food and beverage industry. Demonstrated experience with beverage, jelly, or gummy processing is a strong plus. Proven track record in process improvement and productivity optimization. • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of food processing principles, unit operations, and process engineering. Proficiency in statistical analysis, experimental design software, and process optimization tools. Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles. • Additional Skills: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities. Strong communication, collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
