• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and university career fair, etc. • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles, evaluating their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Job Posting and Advertising: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates. • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide guidance on the hiring process. • Maintain Candidate Database: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding to working life cycle.
