We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with a proven track record in developing impactful point-of-purchase (POP) materials, promotional campaigns, key visuals, in-store advertisements, out-of-home (OOH) banners, and activation materials for the convenience store and modern trade sectors.

• Conceptualization and Design: Ideate and develop innovative design concepts for POP displays, product promotions, key visuals, in-store advertisements, OOH banners, and activation materials. • Maintain a deep understanding of the target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate. • Ensure design consistency across various mediums and adhere to brand guidelines. • Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams, copywriters, and product managers to translate product features and promotional messages into effective visual communications. • Be open to feedback and iterate on designs efficiently. • Project Execution: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget constraints. • Prepare files for production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality. • Coordinate with print vendors and external service providers as needed.
คุณสมบัติ
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven graphic design experience, preferably within a retail, FMCG, or advertising agency environment. • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing POP design, promotional materials, key visuals, in-store/OOH advertising, and activation campaigns. • Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). • Creative Thinking: Exceptional ability to generate fresh ideas and translate concepts into compelling visuals. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for design execution, typography, and layout. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with teams.
