Sales Manager - Housing position with responsibilities in sales strategy, team management, market analysis, and relationship building.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Plan and execute the strategies to achieve annual sales target
• Participate in the selection process of department members
• Adopt and communicate with the team about the working policies to ensure that the team's strategy and mindset are aligned with the company
• Oversee and enhance the team's performance if necessary
• Keep track of the team performance and strategies to ensure the alignment of the team and company's goals
• Support the team in finding the solutions for any arising obstacle
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fields
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in property sales
• Possesses leadership skills as well as a good team member mindset
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Have a Strategic and analytical mindset and must be savvy in the property development industry
