Collaborate closely with outsourced design teams to develop and refine architectural design plans for condominium projects, including high-rise and low-rise buildings.

• Provide feedback and guidance to design teams, ensuring their work aligns with project feasibility, practicality, and regulatory requirements.
• Offer insights and recommendations on materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet the desires of the target market and project objectives, while adhering to budget constraints.
• Oversee and manage the construction and installation of architectural design elements, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, integrating them into design concepts as appropriate.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, crucial for maintaining project timelines.
• Present design concepts and progress reports to the company's management team, providing clarity and insights into the design process.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, demonstrating a strong passion for design.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architecture projects, with a focus on condominium projects.
• Licensed Architect with 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
