As a Senior Landscape Architect specializing in high-rise projects, you will play a key role in designing and overseeing the implementation of landscaping elements for our high-rise developments.

• Lead the design process for landscaping elements in high-rise projects from concept to completion.
• Develop creative and sustainable design solutions that meet project requirements and enhance the overall quality of the development.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate landscaping elements seamlessly into the overall project design.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates, to stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation of landscaping designs, ensuring they are carried out according to the design intent and within budget.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure that landscaping elements are installed and maintained properly.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in landscape design, with a focus on high-rise projects.
• Strong design skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
