The Assistant Manager-Learning Demand Management in Rayong will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies, assessing effectiveness, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting talent development initiatives.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Developing and implementing learning and development strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
• Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization and using the results to design and develop a learning curriculum to meet the organization's learning needs
• Assessing the effectiveness of learning interventions through evaluation methods to ensure continuous improvement
• Exploring and implementing learning technologies to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training programs
• Collaborating with stakeholders, including executives, related L&D committee, HRBP, and subject matter experts, to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Supporting talent development initiatives by designing career development programs, and providing learning opportunities for professional growth

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Organizational Psychology or related fields
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
• Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
• Having experience in Human Resource Development or people development is a must
• Able to work with Speed and Adaptive & well dealt with an uncertain and difficult situation
