Position as Customer Services Team Leader (Domestic) - TPE, Chemicals Business.

• Drive and oversee the delivery of products to meet set targets (Volume KPI) • Build good relationships with customers and coordinate with relevant departments to help drive orders and deliveries according to company goals • Coordinate with relevant departments to solve customer problems both internally and externally • Manage various complaints and lead in thinking, developing, and improving work systems to increase efficiency • Prepare reports to summarize sales for stakeholders to drive sales towards goals • Manage, resolve issues, and provide guidance to the team Domestic Customer Service Officer
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics Management, or related field with a minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for graduate degrees • TOEIC score of over 550 • 3-5 years of relevant work experience • Proficient in using MS Office and SAP programs • Experience in Polyolefin or Plastic business will be considered favorably • Good interpersonal skills, adaptable, and good communication skills • Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
