The HR Digital Analyst (HRIS) - Special Contract position involves understanding business needs, gathering requirements, designing business processes, and collaborating with developers and subject matter experts.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Understand business needs & gather business requirements for system development
• Design, modify, create business process to implement business transformation solutions
• Control scope of the project in order to meet the project timeline
• Develops relationships with customers by being proactive, presents a thorough understanding of their business and provides innovative business solutions
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and solution feasibility
• Performs a leading role in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the delivered solutions according to the agreed scope and meet customers’ requirements
• Able to provide support in clarifying issues between business user and technology team during development, UAT, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Computing or Engineering, Business Administration, computer science, information technology, or related field
• More than 5 years working experience as Business Analyst
• Extensive experience in human resources management, SAP HCM, mobile application development, HRIS and HR platform will be advantage
• Strong analytical skills and strategic management
• Good project management skills
