รับผิดชอบงานปฏิบัติงานบุคคล ทะเบียนประวัติ, กำลังพล, ค่าจ้างพนักงาน และประสานงานกับส่วนต่าง ๆ เพื่อดูแลกำลังพลของบริษัท

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• ดูแลกำลังพลของบริษัทให้เป็นไปตาม MODEL ที่ได้รับอนุมัติ
• จัดทำรายงานเป็นตัวแทนของหน่วยงานในการประสานงานด้านต่าง ๆ
• ปฏิบัติงานบุคคล
• การพัฒนาพนักงาน (Up Skill)
• ทำแบบประเมินต่าง ๆ ผ่านระบบ
• Implement การสร้าง Culture & Engagement ตามทิศทางที่กำหนดของแต่ละธุรกิจ

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรี รัฐศาสตร์ / นิติศาสตร์ / สังคมศาสตร์/ จิตวิทยา หรือ สาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (G.P.A. > 2.70)
• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับดี (TOEIC > 550 )
• มีประสบการณ์งานด้าน HRM/HRD จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
• สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีทัศนคติที่ดี มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะด้านการเจรจาและประสานงาน
