ตำแหน่ง Human Capabilities and Engagement Supervisor (Saraburi Base)

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• จัดทำ Competency งานผลิต ซ่อมบำรุง และเหมือง , หา GAP พร้อม แผนพัฒนา (training road Map)
• จัดทำแผนพัฒนาพนักงานและควบคุมการดำเนินการพัฒนาตามแผน
• ประเมินผลการพัฒนาพนักงาน
• จัดทำแผนการสร้างความผูกพันองค์กร (Employee Engagement) ของพนักงาน
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นในการดำเนินการตามแผน
• ขับเคลื่อน Culture (Way Of Work) ขององค์กร

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรี รัฐศาสตร์ / นิติศาสตร์ / สังคมศาสตร์/ จิตวิทยา หรือ สาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (G.P.A. > 2.70)
• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับดี (TOEIC > 550 )
• ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หากมีประสบการณ์งานด้าน HRM/HRD
• สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีทัศนคติที่ดี มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะด้านการเจรจาและประสานงาน
