หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• ดำเนินการสืบค้นและวิเคราะห์สิทธิบัตรตามวัตถุประสงค์ต่างๆ เช่น วิเคราะห์ความใหม่ (Novelty) ความอิสระในการดำเนินการ (Freedom To Operate: FTO)• แนวโน้มเทคโนโลยี• ประสานงานและดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการขอรับความคุ้มครองทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาทั้งในไทยและต่างประเทศ• วิเคราะห์การประดิษฐ์ ให้คำแนะนำ และดำเนินการร่วมกับ ผู้ประดิษฐ์ และนักกฎหมาย ในการปกป้องทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาที่เหมาะสม• ประสานงานและดำเนินการร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้เกิดการนำทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาไปใช้ประโยชน์ในเชิงพาณิชย์ได้จริง

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรี / โท ในสาขา Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง• ปริญญาตรี G.P.A > 2.70 และ ปริญญาโท G.P.A > 3.30• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี (TOEIC > 700)• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประเมินมูลค่าทางทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ตัวแทนสิทธิบัตร และกฎหมายสิทธิบัตร• มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การเจรจา และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
