Position for Virtual Design and Construction Specialist (Contract)

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• ใช้ BIM เป็นเครื่องมือหลักในการทำแบบก่อสร้างและ BIM Object
• ร่วมกำหนดมาตรฐาน, ตรวจสอบ, ให้คำแนะนำในการทำ BIM เพื่อให้ได้มาตรฐานตามแนวทางที่บริษัทกำหนด
• นำกระบวนการ BIM หรือเทคโนโลยี Digital ต่อยอดในกระบวนการก่อสร้าง
• ตรวจข้อขัดแย้งในแบบ, ถอดปริมาณเพื่อประเมินราคา, ทำกำหนดการก่อสร้างได้ (Timeline)
• วิเคราะห์ และนำกระบวนการ BIM หรือเทคโนโลยี Digital ไปพัฒนาเครื่องมือ หรือ Application เพื่อต่อยอดการนำ BIM ไปใช้งานให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพได้
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรม, สถาปัตยกรรม หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (G.P.A. > 2.70)
• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี สามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานได้ (TOEIC > 550)
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน BIM หรือ งานก่อสร้าง 2-5 ปี
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมใน Revit, BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud หรือโปรแกรมใน Autodesk AEC Collection ได้
• มีความเข้าใจการทำงานข้าม Platform, API
