The HR Business Partner Manager (C&B and L&D) will oversee HR operations aligned with business goals in the engineering sector.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Maintain productive, long-term relationships with leadership team
• Monitor employee relations benchmarks such as engagement, retention, and turnover
• Lead, develop, and execute talent development agenda
• Oversee the implementation of compensation programs
• Monitor organizational compliance of HR policies, standards, and procedures
• Provide consultations on the development and implementation of key strategies and training for creating a high-performing organization

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related disciplines
• 5 to 10 years' experience as HR Business Partner
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, and knowledge of HRIS and Learning Management Systems
