Production Engineer responsible for creating and designing assembly processes for motorcycles, optimizing production workflows, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Develop and implement assembly strategies, optimize production workflows, and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Set up and/or adjust manufacturing processes and assist in problem solving and continuous process improvements.
• Develop and implement plans for the assembly process, considering efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Ensure assembly process meets highest quality standards and implement quality control measures.
• Continuously assess and improve assembly processes, identify areas for optimization, and utilize lean manufacturing principles.
• Work closely with design engineers, production teams, and stakeholders to align assembly processes with design specifications and address any issues.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle assembly operations.
• Interest and passion for work in the automotive industry, eager to learn, and systematic thinking.
• Demonstrated superior communication (written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Good skills in AutoCAD, Solid Work, and English communication and writing.
