The Engineer II - QS position is responsible for ensuring product quality management and customer satisfaction.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Quality Representative and be focal person between downstream and upstream.
• Quality communication, provide and validate corrective and preventive action.
• Manage VOC (Voice of Customer) & Process Quality & Product Quality along the supply chain. Take lead, coordinate, and participate on quality issue.
• Hands-on 1st level analysis groundwork to validate issue before reassigning to appropriate owner to pursue CA and follow up via 8D Tools.
• Hands-on 1st level material containment and manage any stop ship stop build system including as internal holding on non-conformance parts via system.

คุณสมบัติ

• 8D Concept & Problem-Solving Method is required.
• Quality Management Tools (PDCA, FMEA, Fish Bone) is required.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) is required.
• AQL Sampling Plan Knowledge is required.
• Fluent on Microsoft Tools (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
