Engineer responsible for cleaning process in Slider Process at Seagate Korat slider factory.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Be responsible for cleaning process for both current product and new product to meet cleanliness requirement and defect quality.
• Be responsible for finding root cause and improving cleanliness performance to achieve cleanliness target, defect quality and business roadmap.
• Act as project owner and track the progress.
• Work closely with other teams (i.e., manufacturing, equipment engineering, development, IE).
• Be in charge of transferring technology projects from development team.

• Capable of communicating in a complex situation with the cross-function support team.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, perform under pressure and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to effectively plan, control and take responsibility for timeline and status update.
• Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written.
• Teamwork, leadership, well-organization, open-minded and good attitude.
