The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in human resources management within a global security service company.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, best practices of Employee’s experience
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and job specifications
• Collaborating with line managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
• Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions
• Managing of Job post, platform & Job campaign in various channels
• Providing recruitment reports summary to Line managers & management
• Keeping up to date on current employment legislation & regulations
คุณสมบัติ
• A Bachelor/ Master Degree in Human resources, Business Administration or relevant field
• 5 years ++ of working experience in Recruitment
• The ability to conduct different levels of interview
• A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
• Good command of Thai/English both written & spoken
