The Financial Controller – Commercial & RTM will act as a Business Partner to provide accurate business performance analysis and advice to line managers. They will also be responsible for coordinating financial assumptions for planning processes and ensuring alignment with company strategy.

• Provide and analyze Commercial & RTM’s performance tracking and facilitate management processes to line managers across SCCC
• Support overall Commercial & RTM processes within SCCC, including planning, Sales incentive approval process, and performance tracking
• Establish accurate Commercial & RTM planning aligned with company strategies and business plan
• Lead Credit committee meetings to minimize bad debt
• Complete IMC (INSEE Minimum Control) requirements
• Support supervisors in ad-hoc tasks and analysis on business initiatives

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field. MBA is a plus
• At least 5 years experiences in financial planning from large leading organizations preferably strong commercial background
• Solid background in marketing & sales, logistics functions with exposure in end to end process
• Technical knowledge in cement, construction materials or commercial businesses
• Strong Analytical, Negotiation, and Communication skills
