Responsible for getting new sales accounts from the assigned area(s), exceeding sales targets for the responsible area(s), understanding the customer's requirements and suggesting a product or service to customers.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Maintain cordial and long-lasting relationships with customers, and retain existing customer-base
• Estimate bulk cement demand, offer high quality service promptly for key clients and solve problems to ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor bulk cement market movement in responsible area(s) and be able to summarize and suggest action plan.
• Understand and present product offering and solution based on customer requirement such as Technical services, Logistic, etc. in order to ensure the collaboration, e.g. transportation management to deliver product to customers
• Be able to manage sales process through valued chain, for example solving customer transaction process problem by cooperation with other departments, such as Technical Service, Logistics, etc. in order to ensure the collaboration, i.e. transportation management to deliver product to customer.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
• 4 years of experience in engineering and/ or other related businesses
• Sales particularly in construction business experience
• Knowledge of cement, concrete product, construction business, project management practice and procedures
• Business strategy and financial acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication and Negotiation skills
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Proficient in Chinese Speaking, Reading- and Writing
• Flexible to travel, Driving license, be able to based in Rayong
