To lead, plan, manage and responsible for Contract Division under Legal and Corporate Affairs Department.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Draft and review business contract which relating to Procurement (CAPEX and OPEX) & Non-Procurement
• Provide consulting, advice, suggestion related to legal matters
• Coordinate internal policies with other functions and prepare internal training or e-learning to the target user e.g. PDPA, E-signature
• Ad-hoc projects or assignments including M&A
• Coordinate with external lawyers or other relevant entities
• Manage group company’s standing power of attorney and propose to the Board of Director’s meeting on yearly basis
• Review opening account form for oversea customers
• Prepare contract report to the team (Power BI data analytic)
• Manage the Contract Management System (SharePoint)
• Monitor and update PDPA activities among the group company in Thailand

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor in Law
• Overseas master of law is preferable
• At least 3 years experience in practicing business and commercial laws
• 3 years of focused experience practicing in contract management or legal affairs of international company
• Having knowledge about the company’s business or listed company
• Being proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Good management, counselling and negotiation skills
