The Maintenance Manager at Insee Superblock (Singburi) is responsible for managing overall plant maintenance, resource planning, preventive maintenance, spare parts management, maintenance strategy planning, and controlling maintenance costs.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage overall plant maintenance organization
• Maintenance resource planning to meet with KPI
• Manage & Control overall Plant Preventive maintenance, Reactive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, MTBF, MTTR, TPM to meet with standard condition
• Lead & Manage overall Indirect materials, spare parts management, consumable control and Machines spare parts management cross selling across plants internationally
• Leading on maintenance strategy planning and execution, maintenance bench-marking across Internal plant
• Manage and Control overall services maintenance cost, budgeting and to meet plant maintenance KPI/KPR target
• Perform other related duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 7 years of experience and above, with minimum 3 years in leadership position
• Experience working in a maintenance or equipment care-related role, with leadership or managerial experience
• Have knowledge technical and skills in equipment and machinery maintenance, including planning and executing maintenance activities
• Team Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams and create a working environment full of responsibility and cooperation, as well as the ability to problem-solve and make decisions
