RDF Operations and Process Improvement Manager

• Facilitates development of the project charter with executive sponsor to define goals, objectives and key deliverables for RDF projects.
• Responsible for all RDF project deliverables, including project scope, work plan, schedule, communications, and roles and responsibilities.
• Responsible for planning and controlling schedules, determining project return on investment, assigning tasks and resources, and tracking key project milestones from initiation through delivery.
• Set standard, manage, and control the development and enforcement of procedures and tools of CAPEX management process in order to ensure CAPEX has been prioritized and detailed to achieve companies’ strategic objectives within appropriate timeframe.
• Identifying areas for improvement using quantitate and qualitative data to create effective concepts, solutions, strategies for continuous improvement and be the cultural change agents striving for excellence.
• Directly responsible for RDF operations of an organization. To ensure that key processes and practices are implemented effectively throughout an organization. For instance, monitor, manage quality assurance, and develop workflows and processes.
• Maintaining and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes. More specifically, work on mapping out strategies, enhancing performance, and ensuring legal compliance.
