The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead talent attraction and selection processes to support company's people strategy and business objectives.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Lead talent attraction and selection processes for permanent and temporary staffs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent employees
• Plan and execute effective methods for attracting and sourcing candidates
• Lead strategic recruitment projects
• Responsible for manpower planning and recruitment budget
• Act as an ambassador to enhance company reputation through recruitment practices
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Political Science or related field
• At least 5 years working experience in related human resource functions
• Develop relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in developing recruitment strategy
• Able to communicate both Thai and English languages

60,000 - 120,000 THB per month
