HR Manager at Siam Music Yamaha
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Contribute to, and where accountable define policies and processes that support SMY and divisional/People Strategy and Objectives.
• Optimizing the recruitment related policies, recruitment system and procedures.
• Keep up to date with company’s organization chart, make sure the best employees’s allocation for the company.
• Building up and improving back up talent select proposal and back up candidates.
• Monitoring recruitment plan and controlling recruitment progression, making sure the timely and effectively.
• Keeping an eye on the market, ensure the company follow the law and regulations requirement.
• Driving consistency of approach across the company in attracting, managing, and developing talent to support current and future organizational needs.
• Data and Analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the future improvements.
• Provide expert input across a range of HR Issues (Generalist/Specific Expertise), Design and Deliver high-impact solutions that meet the needs of the business.
• Keep up to date with external trends and best practices in the areas of expertise and HR Broadly.
• Supporting company projects as supervisors assigned.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, OD, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in HR Supervisory Level, preferably in HRM and HRD.
• Strong communication and influence skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Office) /related professional skills.
• Good command of English Communications.
