Sales and Marketing Manager position for Siam Music Yamaha in Music Instrument Product and Music School.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
• Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members.
• Generate leads, establish and nurture client relationships.
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships.
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
• Ensure company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting.
Own car and driving license.
Visit customers regularly.
Able to work under pressure and professionally smart.
