• Establish customer relationships and improve NPS Score
• Create strategy to win and liaise with other parties
• Develop and manage long term relationships with assigned clients
• Investigate and evaluate specific business opportunities
• Manage the sales funnel and ensure all opportunities are properly entered
• Conduct project & proposal negotiations in cooperation with other professionals
