Seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales Distributed for Asia Pacific region to drive sales portfolio, manage teams, and expand customer base.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in Asia Pacific.
• Lead and mentor sales teams, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
• Network with customers at management levels and be actively involved in key decisions on projects.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and timely reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales at regional and global level.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's and master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in the energy industry with sales leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific energy market and cultural nuances.
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
