Seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales Distributed for Asia Pacific region to drive sales strategies and enhance market penetration.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in Asia Pacific.
• Lead and mentor sales teams, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
• Network with customers at management levels and be actively involved in key decisions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to Management.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales at regional and global level.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's and master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in the energy industry.
• Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific energy market.
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel frequently.
