The Warranty Application Engineer supports the Warranty Project Manager with technical knowledge of products and implements technical recommendations on site.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Support and give recommendation to the Warranty Project Manager with technical knowledge of the products on issues associated to warranty scope.
• Implement technical recommendations on site.
• Coordinate, lead and drive technical investigations to a final solution and implementation on site.
• Understand requirements from customers, translate those requirements into implementation and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Shape working day in an independent manner.
• Travel (domestic and international) and weekend work is expected.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related), or equivalent experience.
• Extended knowledge of Gas turbines, especially from Siemens Energy MGT fleet such as SGT600/700/750 and 800, from field experience either as Commissioning engineer or Technical Field Advisor.
• Knowledge of Gas turbine maintenance concepts.
• Ability to work well in teams and have good communication, both internally and externally.
• Good knowledge of IT systems/software, especially SAP, PLM2020 and MS Office.
