Join our Thailand team as Customer Service – Logistic operator for a 1-year contract.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage all logistical activities to support Customer Services incl Customer Care Center, technical Support, and the field force.
• Initiate and control customs clearance activities for import and export of spare parts.
• Handle the shipment document administration and Transportation management.
• Interface to external logistic provider and warehouses.
• Handle parts return management to the global CS logistic center.
• Escalate incorrect return handling according to defined measurements.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistic or related fields.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics field.
• Communication capability (Thai and English) both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS office i.e. Excel (intermediate level), Word, PowerPoint.
