As a Tax Administration Intern at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in ensuring tax compliance processes run smoothly.

• Verification and Validation: Check and meticulously review tax invoices to ensure they are complete and accurate in accordance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Invoice Tracking: Proactively follow up on outstanding tax invoices with relevant departments to facilitate timely receipt and processing.
• Document Management: Organize and maintain tax documents efficiently, ensuring they are properly sorted and securely stored for easy retrieval when needed.
• Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks related to tax compliance and documentation, contributing to the overall efficiency of the tax department.
• WHT Certificate Preparation: Prepare tax forms for the withholding tax (WHT) certificate in English, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and submit them to the Revenue Department.
• Coordination: Collaborate effectively with officers from the Revenue Department, coordinating tasks and communications as necessary to facilitate smooth interactions and compliance processes.

• Currently pursuing degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
