Join our Thailand team as a Project Manager / Project Engineer to designs, develops, and manages implement projects, according to defined Project Management (PM) standards and customer requirements, and with responsibility for economic results.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Consult with customers on technical solutions, together with Sales Manager or Key Account Manager.
• Support sale to clarify customers´ targets and requirements, and/or specification in request for proposal (RFP).
• Prepare participation in tender and leads negotiation with customers.
• Coordinate overall planning of the project and decides on allocation of resources.
• Clarify specification and continuously liaise with accountable Project Manager Internal.
• Monitor milestone and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions to minimize non-conformance cost.
• Maintain constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders.
• Coordinate agreed commissioning measures onsite, together with Site Engineering Management.
• Adhere to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).
• Manage and coordinate all temporarily assigned project staff.
• Responsible to implement project to complete on time as KPI.
• Prepare project drawing and combine drawing for project implement and delivery project.
คุณสมบัติ
• At least 1-5 years of experience in Engineer field or project management field.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Good understanding of the medical product.
• Experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel etc.
• Excellent presentation skills and customer orientation.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
• Highly proactive, driven, and self-motivated.
• Willing to travel extensively – both domestically and overseas.
• Able to work overtime or in weekend (depends on the project).
