The Production Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production, ensuring quality and timely delivery of sleeves, and training staff for efficiency and discipline.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Supervise the production to match quantity, quality, and delivery dates for ordered sleeves
• Train staff for high efficiency, low waste rate, good quality, and punctual delivery
• Coordinate the shift to produce sleeves at agreed output levels
• Continuously improve efficiency, waste level, and productivity
• Coach and train staff for maximum potential and job flexibility
• Liaise with Maintenance Department to ensure machines are maintained for maximum efficiency

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering related to manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical fields
• At least 5 years experience in shop floor management
• Good English communication skills
• Strong shop floor people management, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with teamwork, cooperation, and communication abilities
