The Supply Chain Service Support position aims to enable prompt and on time ordering, tracking, and delivery of SIG Combibloc filling line equipment / spare parts.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Ensure/ supervise/ support all AP-S countries of smoothly/ timely delivery fulfillment/ serve for all service activities (quotation, clarify related issues, follow up PO, sales, billing, …) of the spares to the customers minimize downtime on the filling machines at the customer’s site.
• Assist/ cooperate with purchasing team to have all demand orders to all suppliers, collection of order confirmations. Creation of Goods Received and Goods Issued within SAP or relate system.
• To maintain/ monitor adequate of spare parts and inventory control records on spare parts from receiving until dispatching, to ensure that there is zero variance between stock levels and stock take figures by using SAP- (or any other appropriate tools), co-ordinate with TSM/SAM in planning the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance spare parts need.
• Assisted with extensive parts inventory which included procuring, tracking and ensuring proper inventory was maintained for entire supply chain and perform inventory management functions to include cycle counts and annual parts inventory and reconciliation.
• Performed various logistical/warehouse support tasks, technical knowledge of machine parts, customer dispute resolution including tracking parts inventory and stocking items.
• Support/ Identifies, plans and implements key projects to improve quality, productivity and reduce cost, wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction related to Spare Parts Management, Supply Chain and Service.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in Supply chain management, Inventory management, Order management, or related field
• Able to use MS Office, Excel Analysis, presentations, contracts, reports, SAP, Service Max
• Proficient in Power BI
• Good command of English both verbally and writing
