The Technical Process Engineer in Rayong will be responsible for managing the Finishing Sleeve Processes, training staff, liaising with internal Department Managers, improving production efficiency, managing the Finishing Department, sleeves warehouse, staff, safety and environmental regulations, and participating in product development.

• Manage the Finishing Sleeve Processes to match quality and delivery dates for ordered sleeves
• Train staff for achievement in high efficiency, low waste rate, and good quality
• Liaise and co-operate with internal Department Managers to create production improvement in the longer term
• Manage the Finishing Department to produce sleeves and agreeing on output levels with a maximum conformance
• Manage sleeves warehouse to match lowest stock, high turn over, and good efficiency in “first in – first out” principal and proper conditions
• Improve continuously efficiency, waste level, and productivity

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in the faculty of Engineering related to the fields of manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, electrical or related fields
• At least 10 experience years in technical process engineering fields
• High Problem-solving skill
• High Engineering sense
• Fast learner and fast response
