Key Account Executive (NPD-OEM/ODM cosmetics) responsible for managing clients' requirements and project deliverables.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Defining and managing all clients’ requirement/objective ensuring the project requirements are met at definite budget & time.
• Transferring the information communicate project objective requirements to project members.
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan ensuring the project is delivered as committed.
• Handling costing & pricing proposal for internal, and external.
• Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
• Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
• Managing to remove development and project roadblocks.
• Assessing project issues and identifying solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Proactively communicating project status, issues & risks to business and customers.
• Producing consolidated reports to the Project Board, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred.
คุณสมบัติ
• University Degree in a related subject.
• 1 to 5 years planning and/or project management experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill.
• Good written and spoken English
