The Hybrid Planning Director will assist the Business Director in executing the media side of the business and delivering against client objectives and satisfaction.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Lead the team to steward the business and deliver against client objectives and satisfaction.
• Ensure media deliverables are met on time and within budget and align with the client’s objectives.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of client categories, brands, and specific requests to provide appropriate input and direction to the agency units driving the entire communication planning process.
• Keep abreast of the development and trends in the ever-changing media landscape.
• Fully understand and interpretation of media systems, research, and market data, and manage 3rd Party audits.
• Build and Coach team effectiveness by providing a clear definition of what’s expected and identifying the people with the right skills and capabilities.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communication Arts/Journalism/ Marketing/ Statistics or related Field.
• At least 8 years’ experience in a media agency, client management, strong leadership skills, and a digital-first mindset.
• Knowledgeable about and experienced with the concepts, approaches, and issues involved in integrated planning.
• Adaptive and keen to learn on the digital eco-system.
• Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
