The Application Engineer and Sales Support Executive at Rayong Base is responsible for processing and managing customer orders, ensuring compliance with Sulzer requirements and objectives.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Overall responsibility for processing and management of customer orders, including customer order review, confirmation of compliance to Sulzer tender, commercial review and order entry to ERP system
• Liaison with customer, agents, Sales and Tendering for order clarification as appropriate
• Issue of order acknowledgement to customers
• Liaison with Operations for order execution as appropriate (MLE’s only)
• Status update on order progress for customers (non-MLE’s only)
• Responsibility to ensure that customer requirements are satisfied whilst meeting Sulzer objectives

คุณสมบัติ

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or any other related
• Relevant experience on Pump Services & Electromechanical services (Motors & Generators) will be added advantage
• Experience of Sales Administration, Order Intake record, and Purchasing Functions
• Familiarity with logistics (import spare-parts and materials for service center)
• Familiarity with ISO management systems
