Main responsibilities include improving networks, servers, and infrastructure, installing and maintaining servers, monitoring backups, implementing computer plans, supporting hardware and software, and supporting strategic plans and programs.

• Monitor and analyze backup processes and data
• Implement computer plans, upgrade hardware and software systems
• Support order new hardware and software, repair computer hardware
• Support computing and information strategic plans, policies, programs, and data processing

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineer
• 0-2 years of experience in IT engineer/IT Support in Infrastructure
• Knowledge in Network, Server, CCTV, Anti-Virus, Security IT system, Database backup, Hardware, Helpdesk support, Barcode System, and user support
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office365, troubleshooting
• Good English language skills (both spoken and written)
