The IS staff / IT support position involves improving networks, servers, and infrastructure, as well as installing, supporting, and maintaining hardware and software.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Main to improvement networks, servers and of all infrastructure and ensure that all servers and network work as normal standard
• Main to installing, supporting and maintaining all servers hardware and software
• Monitoring and analysis result of backup process and backups data
• Main to implement of PM computer plan, upgrading hardware, software system and storage system and respond to server and network
• Support order new hardware and software and repair computer hardware
• Control to set up TV conference, Mail set up and sound system
• Control network firmware and hardware upgrades and report troubleshooting
• Support computing and information strategic plans, policies, programs and data processing mainly program development
• Implement application software and database development and certification of all database back up
• Analysis of software and quality assurance performance running follow requirement
• Reviews and analyzes system specifications to determine whether all required, consult with clients to gather information about program need

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineer
• Experience in IT engineer/IT Support in Infrastructure 0-2 years
• Knowledge skill in Network, Server, CCTV, Anti-Virus, Security IT system, Data base backup, Hardware, Helpdesk support, Barcode System and users support
• Experience Microsoft windows and office365 and troubleshooting
• Good in English language skill (both of spoken and written)
