The QA Engineer will be responsible for APQP team member, PPAP preparation, supporting customer audits, ensuring quality system compliance, resolving quality issues, and maintaining quality processes.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• APQP team member and communicate customer requirements to team
• PPAP Preparation and submit to customer for approval
• Support customer audit for both new model and mass-production
• Support and control quality system compliance with IATF 16949 system and customer requirement
• Support and ensure that customer identified quality issues are resolved and prepare necessary corrective/preventive actions, follow up, verification, and release of corrective actions
• Maintain and control quality process and ensure that all products agree to standard and customer requirements, Arrange data and verify customer complaint information and report
• Control customer audit, customer evaluation, and customer complaints, Communication to customers. Definition, implementation, and follow-up of the corrective actions
• Ensure process-production audits follow plan, Coordination and follow-up of the corrective actions (Failure cost)
• Cooperate with production for abnormal parts/materials for corrective and preventive action

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineer in Material/industrial/Metallurgical/Mechanical/Polymer/Chemical or related quality experience
• Experience 1-2 years in Quality assurance/Customer quality
• Strong understanding of QA system and measurement tooling, equipment controlling, Audit in advance
• Experience in quality assurance and IATF16949, FMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC, 5 packs, Internal auditor, customer audit
• Ability to communicate information and quality needed to team to customer effectively
• Experience in Manufacturing Quality system experience and Customer communication activities
• Understanding of QA/QC process and good analytical skill and problem-solving
• Good English communication and presentation skills and computer literacy
