The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing marketing & sales strategies, policies and activities effectively.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Determines annual and gross-profit by forecasting and developing annual sales for Thailand and Indonesia; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand
• Build, enhance and maintain excellent relationship with clients effectively
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
• Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities
• Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
• Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion

คุณสมบัติ

• TOEIC 550 up
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields and Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration is a plus
• At least 8 years’ experience in sales & marketing in automotive industry
• Minimum 5 years in managerial level
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal skill
• Self-motivation, team spirit and strong leadership, proactive
• Able to work independently and analytical in a problem-solving environment
