The Customer Service Executive / Senior Customer Service Executive engages in direct communication with customers, handles complaints, builds relationships, and collaborates with various departments.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Engages in direct communication with customers as required.
• Handles customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Works closely with Business Development on customers as required.
• Works closely with other departments on the customer order and production planning clarification as required.
• Works closely with project managers / principal engineer to gather/prepare all documentation relevant to a particular project.
คุณสมบัติ
• Knowledge of injection molding Manufacturing.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong Problem-solving skills and systematic thinking skills.
• Ability in time Management/Multi-tasking.
• Computer literate with respect to Microsoft and application software.
