IT Infra Site Lead

• To manage overall IT Operation at each site covering stabilize and secure existing infrastructure, network, platform, and communication.
• Work closely with Business for demand management both local at each site and Global/Regional IT in Infrastructure area to ensure the effective and efficient of implementation to local BU.
• Act as Single Point of Contact at each site for all IT Operation matters related to current landscape and overall IT services.
• Work closely with IT Operation Manager and/or Global/Regional IT Infrastructure team to deploy and/or execute required activities at each site.
• Coordinate with external IT Suppliers to deliver works at each site.
• Develop and monitor budget vs actual for site’s IT Operation.
• Maintain IT Asset Inventory at each site, coordinate with procurement and suppliers in arranging of agreement and ordering of related items.
• Perform evaluation or feasibility studies and prepare proposals related to IT Operation matters.
• Manage/Support initiative related to IT Operation to meet business objective and benefit in good quality, in time and within budget.
• Be a gatekeeper for safeguard IT Security at each site.
• Ensure infrastructure continuity and IT security are in place at each site.
• Supervise and Manage IT Support team members at each site to deliver operational support.
• Ensure support process, procedure and documentation are followed and comply with defined service level agreement and comply with IT Audit.
• Continuous Improvement/Initiate new idea to sustain and enhance IT User Skills and knowledge.
• Support digital transformation and automation.
