The Local Key Account (Wholesales Supervisor) in the Central/Southern region is responsible for overseeing market activities, leading sales planning, expanding outlets, and developing strong customer relationships.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Oversee market activities and lead routine sales planning for the entire portfolio
• Expand new outlets in the area and manage outlets with CR
• Develop strong relationships with customers within assigned territory
• Ensure team discipline on POS execution standards
• Implement pricing strategy/policy/discounts to maximize sales with customers/key accounts
• Create and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns for key customers
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in leading FMCG or Beverage
• Competent in selling, negotiation, coaching, training, and objection handling
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office tools, with Excel expertise preferred
• Enthusiastic and result-oriented
