The Medical Scientific Liaison will be responsible for strategic planning, contributing to the organization through medical expertise, external stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, corporate governance, and continuous improvement.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute MSL scientific engagement plan aligned with the TA Medical Plan
• Ensure appropriate and effective external stakeholder management
• Capture and share in-field insights to support brand, medical and scientific strategy
• Participate in the development and implementation of key medical activities
• Establish Takeda’s presence with KOLs and academic institutions
• Provide medical insights and intelligence from the field to key cross-functional internal stakeholders

• Strong medical/scientific background
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
