Responsible for customer facing activities primarily focusing on customer engagement at designated accounts, engaging physician offices and healthcare organizations and providing academic support tackling pain- points of the full patient journey (Awareness, Diagnosis, Treatment, Follow up)

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Organize value-based activities and scientific meetings face to face or remotely e.g. Regional networking, Hospital networking, Round table discussion, Booth exhibition, Webinar etc. for rare disease metabolic, immunology portfolio with customers delivering customized presentations based on the customer's needs to drive brand awareness and achieve of sales target in responsible territory.
• Take a leadership role in account management to communicate and coordinate cross-functional team (market access, medical, marketing & KAM) to ensure the alignment with brand direction and maximize Takeda value.
• Closely monitor the impact of initiatives, provide insight from the market and be able to suggest reshaping if needed.
• Analyze data and insights and develop business plan by account/territory
